The impact on any particular species depends on a number of factors including the frequency and intensity of the noise, the hearing capability of the impacted species and the background noise level. Biospheric Engineering Ltd. have the equipment and expertise to quantify and assess the impact of either airborne or underwater noise on any particular species.

Eugene McKeown is a qualified and experienced Marine Mammal and Protected Species Observer. He has attended and presented at international conferences on the impacts of noise and has served on various committees with professional bodies charged with drafting environmental noise standards.
